The idea of forming APSARA BEAUTY PARLOUR started almost 18 years ago. APSARA is the brain child of Mrs. Tanushree Chanda , our beloved and respected Director, who came as a bride to a conservative Bengali Family of Belgharia in North Kolkata. She could find out the basic sense of dressing and beautification lacking among the women in that family and neighbourhood. There were few who had the aptitude for such things were deprived of the appropriate treatments. It made her to consider the opening of a salon where latest techniques of beauty, hair and skincare would be administered to clients by trained professionals. With such considerations in mind, APSARA had come into existence on the 31th January,2005. We are a talented bunch of professionals- all experts in our respective fields, and some in multiple fields too. But what binds us together is our passion to polish beauty and our pledge to nourish. We strongly believe that each person is unique, and deserves exclusive treatment. We guarantee zero compromises on quality of both - the products as well as the experience you receive.

Tanushree Chanda , an Ex-Student of Bhairab Ganguly College.
Govt. certified – YESTB in Hairdressing, beauty therapy and makeup.
She got her certification from Jawed Habib Academy, Kolkatain Women’s Hairdressing & Styling and got her certification in Makeup from Sai’s Makeover (Affiliated to Rabindranath Tagore Youth Council).
Mainly a colourist, hairstylist along with makeup artist.
She has also done her skin and beauty certification from international institute named Body & Brows.
She has also got her trainings from Companies like L’oreal, Matrix, GK, TIGI.
She has also certified from George Telegraph College of Beauty & Wellness, Kolkata.
